For the two different keys, can I use a Coldcard for the first key, and then use the same Coldcard with passphrase for the second key?
Can you select a specific derivation path? So you can keep IRA funds separate from non-IRA funds on same xpub
Yes, you can use the same keys / seed phrases to set up an Unchained IRA vault as well as an Unchained personal vault.
The funds in each will be completely separate, because different derivation paths and xpubs will always be used for the second vault, and the Unchained platform ensures this!

Do i have to have a minimum deposit of $6K to open s Roth?
Another option would be moving some funds from a different IRA that you already have.
