bro this is so freakn valuable for me. I am literally starting my construction company and slowly...very slowly building my team. Mostly due to the difficulties of finding good people. So, I am a one man army at this stage but this helps me so freakn much. My goal is to have exactly this group of people. Im not only in it for profit (which I like a lot) I want to pay my clan well to grow the team to the best ability. Anyways, you seem like you have an amazing team and it is awesome to see this and thank you my man!

I was in my early 20s 30 some odd years ago and had employees. I did not realized how great it was NOT to have any after the economy stopped work in 1987. I will never have them again. I was in the drywall business residential, industrial and commercial. I have professional sub contractors that are just a phone call away who respond immediately, even in very busy times because I PAY them immediately for their services. Some have asked me why I utilize some of my subs because they are more money than others. My answer is I am paying for a service on top of what they do. Some of the negatives I had with employees back in the day before computers and cell phones were, One guy faked cutting his hand on a table saw for a comp claim, theft of not just material on jobs but not producing IE walking around doing nothing. Taking company truck out to a bar room and driving home drunk. Not for me.

Always Great content, I retired early from education. I’m glad I did and I say that to say I learn from every video. I ordered the book. I ordered the book from the construction guy you mentioned on the video where you got the refund from Tony Robbins.

I’m struggling to grow without an office. Office space in Ca with warehouse is crazy expensive. Do you still have virtual office? I hear them mention the office a lot.

We still have the virtual office, but we also have a home base office as well.

Ah I just saw that part of the video. Do you have warehouse space as well? I’m filling up everyone’s garage with material, ladders etc. we’re you able to hire your first PM’s and estimators while having them work from home? I can’t seem to have enough time to train anyone other than have them watch me work all day through google meet screen share.
