6:28 chris talking about this made me really happy, i’m only 15 i’ve been struggling a lot and i genuinely feel like i’m on the verge of death because i can’t walk, i’m nauseous, i barely eat anything, and the only thing i’ve been putting in my body is energy drinks. i don’t sleep anymore and i’m in constant pain. everything hurts, i mean everything. my mental health is horrible and my thoughts are awful too.
I understand how you feel, I'm your age and I'm so stressed out all of the time and school doesn't make it any better, I physically feel horrible most of the time and I'd like to say my mental health is fine but sometimes I just feel bad; I normally don't say things like this but I did because I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I don't know if it helps coming from a total stranger but I hope you feel better, you deserve it.
