Hell, I'd take him being able to Eject and remech like Dva but he only has a Mini-Torb hammer swung like Rein and 75HP but has no crit box/autotargetablity (like for friendly Zen healing orb/mercy staff/Kikiko TP or enemy Zen discord orb/Sombra Hacks/Soldier Visor Ult). Though hammond is big for a hamster, he is still a tiny creature that could defy autolocking in theory. Would also be hilarious if he had a soldier sprint and the wall climb ability but it was just him scampering about on all fours with the hammer on his back. His remech recharge ought to be slower base, but gets more from damage and elims than Baby Dva. Remeching is just a new Wrecking Ball mech piledrivng in, reducing the instat kill potential for it.

Sry, but i am that sombra who spawncamps those mercys until they swap. They sometimes don't swap and get 15 deaths per round or refuse to leave spawn. Works very well for me.
Haha, I'm the Mercy player that knows how to aim and prefires at the typical hiding spots when there's a Sombra like you. Have won these sorts of duels within 1-3 deeaths, depending on how decent the Sombra is. I enjoy the fights, helps improve my Mercy aim and Anti-Sombra fighining sense on Mercy. So I welcome and appreciate a good Sombra player that does this.
Lifeweaver for sure is an easy hero to master. the only thing i would be mindful is using your lifegrip mindfully. if they have heroes that can boop you off the map and your teammates are on low ground dont pull them to the high ground because you cant keep up with the heals. just heal normally and wait till they get booped off (totally not speaking from experience)

It depends, I like maps like numbani a lot more for mercy than junkertown. Bc In junkertown first it’s just hide behind the wall and try not to get your head popped by the widow or other snipers so in that sense I’m very constricted with my movement. But on maps like numbani I have a lot of vertical cover and high grounds that I can access/use as a mercy. I do agree tho kings row isn’t my favorite but I also don’t hate it. There’s some pretty cool tricks that can be done with mercy on that map (specifically third point)

Giga buffed solo healing with her healing orb and ult can generally heal through most compoitions of Enemy teams focusing a Tank Basically it can solo heal anything but Queen & Ana's anti-heal, being blocked by a Mei wall (enemy or "friendly") and having the orb eaten by Dva, Sigma & Orisa. Even then, only the walls and ant-heals prevent your main chunk of healling from your Ult. The Orb is a bonus but not crucial if you can get it out for heals. For damage, the Orb becomes absolutely necessary to inflict as much damage as possible. Be it a single target or multiple, the damage Orb combined with her Ult can kill unprepared enemy's in a couple of seconds if you aim both correctly.
Discord orb is not healthy fir the game Also her: has the same ability with no cooldown to just click at her eboy and make him shred everyone and be unkillable

I played Antarctica last night with some mates, picked Mauga because dual minigun go brr, and had an enemy Genji that basically teleported into my crosshairs to deflect. Lost first round. Second and third rounds, I go Dva, and basically just keep swapping targets to keep him guessing, and we turned it round.

LOL I’m the one who made that video and I’m a mercy main so in GM when u pocket someone they always do something but in plat sometimes the best person to pocket isn’t the hitscans cause they suck. Plat is a rank of boosted players, Smurfs, the enemy finally understands how to dive, your team doesn’t understand how to peel, no one peeks you, and your other support never heals you. I just feel like mercy isn’t a rewarding hero in plat and is very rewarding in GM

Also, saying that plat is harder than gm even just for mercy is crazy, do you actually believe your average plat mercy could be thrown into a gm lobby and that they would perform BETTER than in their plat games? No, they'd be killed off cooldown.
I'm so happy I actually managed to get maximum value out of a Moira Ult once, for about 2 seconds, back when it was 6v6. 11 people hit by the beam. I.e. a total of around 840 damage and 700 healing, in 2 seconds (800 counting the self-heal). It felt pretty damn cool, let me tell ya. 😀

As a Mercy player, I actually despise Junker Town because the hitscan heroes can freely play aerial traffic police in this giant open space of a map. The only safe places are small corridors and such where I can easily get trapped, or that are good for spamming characters like Junkrat or Hanzo. Whereas King's Row is full of twist and turns and tall buildings that make for perfect natural cover

Hitting directs on solo targets is part of what you need to be able to do on junk to play in high level which makes him very skillful. Lane spam is effective in all elo but once they get into a more open area you need to be able to snipe people bc you can’t just creep up and one shot combo as ranks increase
Counterwatch is in full swing.. Balance..nah you just have to not play your favorite characters to win. So you need to choose winning or having fun. Make games unswappable!

Generally speaking, I don't hate any specific maps. More that I hate team-mates who can't take advatage of the openings I make or adapt to the use of unconventional tactics on maps like these. Even then, I'm not really "Hate" Hating them. More Hating the defeatist attitudes some take on these maps more than anything else. Makes them less willing to actually attempt to adapt or use a different tactic to the fullest, if at all.
As someone new to overwatch and that reached gm pretty fast, i can say that plat care the less and high master is the most toxic. High master are failed gm that play since 2016 and believe they are the best player in the world
Low key should at least be a 360⁰ Boop at least. It would be great if it was the 360⁰ boop on top of like 200-250HP damage if you hit an enemy directly below you. That said, I'm kinda annoyed at instakills like Dva dropping her Remech on someone or the old Lucio Beat Deathdrop. The latter of the two requited way better timing and generally only killed one enemy, meanwhile Dva's Remech is an easy bait for aggressive enemies and can easily kill two to three enemy's at once. Making it do a set amount of damage with a smaller AoE would mitigate how Cheap it feels to have half your team killed by the Dva Bomb then the other half killed by her Remech. Adding the potential Kill back to the Lucio Beat Deathdrop would be nice, but the 360⁰ AoE Boop would make it feel way more effective as a life saver Ult.
Mercy pocketing dps who hit things in gm (who understand the game, counters and so therefore easy to follow logical choices to pocket), may be easier than pocketing dps in plat who could know nothing/are not trying/could be amazing but on a hero you wouldn’t expect to pocket. I dunno. I’m not in gm.

Hitting directs on solo targets is part of what you need to be able to do on junk to play in high level which makes him very skillful. Lane spam is effective in all elo but once they get into a more open area you need to be able to snipe people bc you can’t just creep up and one shot combo as ranks increase
Counterwatch is in full swing.. Balance..nah you just have to not play your favorite characters to win. So you need to choose winning or having fun. Make games unswappable!

as a sniper main, most of my favorite maps are the same maps 90% of people hate. which they hate because of players like me who go sniper

Despite that, I love the challenges of open maps and using unconventional tactics to counter Snipers.
Generally speaking, I don't hate any specific maps. More that I hate team-mates who can't take advatage of the openings I make or adapt to the use of unconventional tactics on maps like these.
Even then, I'm not really "Hate" Hating them. More Hating the defeatist attitudes some take on these maps more than anything else.
Makes them less willing to actually attempt to adapt or use a different tactic to the fullest, if at all.

As someone new to overwatch and that reached gm pretty fast, i can say that plat care the less and high master is the most toxic. High master are failed gm that play since 2016 and believe they are the best player in the world

Low key should at least be a 360⁰ Boop at least.
It would be great if it was the 360⁰ boop on top of like 200-250HP damage if you hit an enemy directly below you.
That said, I'm kinda annoyed at instakills like Dva dropping her Remech on someone or the old Lucio Beat Deathdrop. The latter of the two requited way better timing and generally only killed one enemy, meanwhile Dva's Remech is an easy bait for aggressive enemies and can easily kill two to three enemy's at once.
Making it do a set amount of damage with a smaller AoE would mitigate how Cheap it feels to have half your team killed by the Dva Bomb then the other half killed by her Remech.
Adding the potential Kill back to the Lucio Beat Deathdrop would be nice, but the 360⁰ AoE Boop would make it feel way more effective as a life saver Ult.
Mercy pocketing dps who hit things in gm (who understand the game, counters and so therefore easy to follow logical choices to pocket), may be easier than pocketing dps in plat who could know nothing/are not trying/could be amazing but on a hero you wouldn’t expect to pocket.

Eh I mean, lifeweaver has no skilled techs, no need for aim, little to no gamesense required and he can do it at widowmaker range. Mercy at least has the excuse of needing to learn her movement to survive. They aren’t far apart at all though.

@@The-hamster2471 i am not a LW main but whenever i play him i feel like i need better decision making with pull and platform, with mercy i literally feel like a spectator who brings insane value with the click of a button, and don’t even try to convince me her movement is hard because it isn’t if it was overwatch 1 sure but they made it braindead in OW2
