Moksha is in being complete within ourself. God is complete. He doesn't need anything, not even our love. He loves everyone equally, good or bad. But a human doesn't feel complete within himself. He always looks for his happiness in other people and things. He tries to complete himself thru outer sources of joy. But it brings pain n misery. The minute we lose something we feel incomplete. This is Maya. It never lets us feel complete without outer sources. We are constantly chasing peace outside. We feel depressed when we don't get something and we also get bored if we get. This way we never experience eternal peace. In meditation we can experience that peace. Moving from incomplete to the complete self is moksha. This complete self experiences eternal peace. God has been constantly guiding us towards this eternal peace but Maya succeeds sometimes and brings misery to us.

To be more specific, we don't "go back to our Origin". Moksha/Mukthi transcends space and time. What we truly are has no beginning or end, neither "here" nor "there". It is our real nature and neither a destination nor something to achieve.

Human being is closest to attaining moksha only if you understand the meaning of moksha. God is the highest version of a human being. God is complete, enjoying eternal peace. When you are complete within urself you will be out of the cycle of rebirth. Its Maya that traps us in illusionary and temporary joys of life. But the same joys bring misery which we don't see due to Maya. When we break all the shackles of Maya we free ourselves from this world and attain enlightenment.

Moksha is the self determination of a soul in its own discretion or choice to not take any more rebirths and be in a state of consciousness of oneness with Brahman (the creator) in an eternal feeling of bliss. That soul is done with the participation in the current cycle of creation. A cycle of creation starts from nothingness to everything in the universe and back to nothingness ( The big Bang). The cycles keeps on going eternally and one cycle is just like a blink of an eye of the creator ( to illustrate the symbolic meaning). To attain moksha a soul has to settle all the karmic accounts ( give and take accounts) and should not have any left over desires and attachments with the material world. A soul may choose to come back in creation in another cycle of creation

@@NickRyanBayon Karma is more of a measure of experience than a record keeping book. That means unless you understand the truth of a concept it keeps repeating to you untill you change your belief or though pattern. For example you firmly believe that no one can be trusted and everything is conditional, everyone interacting withyou want to take some benefits then you keep experiencing that. You will attract people who will reinforce your belief. Your perception creates experience and your experience creates your belief. this belief will attract more of the like energies people and contexts that will reinforce your belief. Finally you will be in a vicious cycle of it and you get trapped. Unless you are open to experiment with your life, retrospect your perspectives and try out alternatives you are trapped in karma.

  • @saidas108

Moksha means Liberation (and dissolution as he stated). It is not a "state" as such which would be conditional and therefore still bound by something. Liberation from all karmas and therefore free of the birth/death cycle. Jivan Mukthi (from Moksha) means one who is Liberated while still in body which is rare.
Enlightenment is not an experience as such; quite the opposite actually. Experience is the realm of the body-mind (conditional/temporary) and Enlightenment transcends that.

@Ebony Hayes Jesus was Prophet of God, enlightened, given divine scripture and taught directly by God. Thus his message is 1000% genuine and pure as demonstrated through miraculous virgin birth of Mother Mary and him speaking as a baby. Jesus was lifted from Earth, and will return according to Muslim belief, live life , marry , have children and will help the fight against antichrist (dajjal) until a direct Win. He will follow and uphold the law of his suceeding Messenger and current Prophet Muhammad and will be bury besides him in Madinah. Both will raise together on the day of judgment and then the judgment will start. There is no real enlightenment /salvation without following the methods, modes, practices of Abrahamic tradition (primarily worship of one Unseen God. ) All other paths or ways may contain some truths but remain incomplete and therefore so complex to even explain/comprehend and grasp. Not a sign a true path. A true path must be 1) entirely logical . 2) entirely practical 3) entirely benifitiing body mind heart and soul.

@@explorerinner2550 Well there is more to it when it comes to spiritual experiences. Meditation is not just for some short term peace that we experience. It leads to more deeper awakening experiences with the help of a guru. Meditation is the outcome when ur mind is completely settled. When all the thoughts positive or negative just disappear. But before u can attain that state u need to go thru awakening stages. You can't attain peace until u r awakened and aware of truth. This whole process can create lot more chaos and confusion than when u r living a normal life in ignorance
For example if u have stomach ache you can go to a doctor get some pain killer and get rid of that pain instantly. But if u don't know the root cause of stomach ache then you will have to keep taking that pain killer until the root cause is treated. Meditation helps as pain killer as well as treating the root cause of our suffering

      Humans are:
      -Body
      -Mind
      -Conciousness
Samadhi is the higher state of meditation, where finally you achieved separation from your mind (and realize you are consciousness). That feeling is a joy beyond your senses, there are no words enough to describe such joy and peace. It's pure ecstasy.
Samadhi it is a STATE. But a life changing experience for those who get to experience it. Its a turning point in someone's spiritual journey, and the beginning of the detachment process.
After the state of Samadhi, ordinary life is tasteless and you feel like a stranger in this world because you have realized that life is an illusion (everything we perceive in this world can be perceived because of the existence of a mind... A mind you were able to detach yourself from in Samadhi).
So basically, the journey of a person who seeks liberation, normally starts in Samadhi (detachment from the mind) and ends with Moksha (detachment from the body).
Many people have entered and exit the STATE of Samadhi thinking they are enlightened beings. And, although attaining Samadhi is a great accomplishment, it is the "easy" part. Detach yourself from the mind (samadhi) is relatively easy. The "not so easy" part is the detachment from the body. And I wish someone could gave me tips about how to achieve it hahahaha.
      Anyway.... enjoy the journey 😄
PD: please note that I'm not an expert, I'm just speaking through my experience. If someone want to debate about something I wrote I would be more that happy to listen it and learn from it. 😇
PD2: I highly recommend everyone to read "112 meditations for self-realization" (By Ranjit Chaudhri). Just read it and practice it to attaing the state of Samadhi.
