I don’t know, maybe if you do one of these comparison bait videos again in the future, try some different artificial vs natural live baits , but something different there as well like little frogs, or crickets, crawfish, something like that besides shiners. Not sure if you can get that kind of bait around here or not. I wouldn’t have a clue too as how to catch any crawfish, I used to catch them in shallow water, creeks under rocks, but we don’t really have too many of those around here that I’m aware of anyway. That might be a cool video!🙏🎣🐟

Maybe when we fish we can do something like that

I cant believe artificial beat live bait

So you were using shiners and your buddy artificial? It was kind difficult to see exactly what kind of artificial he was using. Was it a speed worm, or another? I remember you did a video a while ago that was pretty much the same thing, and I believe at the time you said that artificial beat live bait hands down. I commented on that one as well, and suggested that with shiners, maybe using a bobber or some weight so the bait itself has a harder time evading predators. I really don’t know if that would help, it was just a thought.
My wife and I also think it’s fun to try and guess where you are fishing at those different places.
One more “quick”😂 thing, really would have enjoyed it if you would have taken us all for a tour of the Bass Pro Shop, or wouldn’t they let you go too crazy?
Can’t wait for your next fishing adventure BONZO!
    Thanks and GOD BLESS! 🙏🎣🐟

He was using speedworms. I was really surprised at the results.

Sorry that I didn’t see it. Maybe it was difficult to see that also.I’d have to go back and check it. I did actually watch it kind of late last night. Thanks for the quick replies! Fish, some new places, so that I can have some more fun, trying to figure out where they are . Take it easy, bro. God bless.

Also, I was going to say, years ago, like maybe 20 or so, I used to go out with a buddy to a quarry up in Pennsylvania. We would actually take an inflatable raft, blow it up by actually blowing it up with our mouths, it was very tedious, but worked out in the end.
What I’m trying to get out is, we just would row out to the middle of this quarry. It was kind of huge for a quarry, but it was crystal clear and super deep. Some places you could see the bottom, but this had to be a couple hundred feet deep so not always. Anyway, I did most of the fishing.
I used shiners all the time. I don’t think I hardly ever used anything artificial in that place. I would hook the shiners(large ones), and I’d have no weight on it and no bobber on it, I’d cast it not necessarily too far, but I would just do that and leave it set and then reel in a little bit of the slack. needless to say, it was so much easier to feel something on it where I could set the hook pretty quickly, most of the time I didn’t lose anything, I would catch probably like 20 to 30 bass in just a matter of an hour or so maybe a little more.
But that is how I used to catch bass back in the day. Always used live bait, I didn’t have a lot of success with anything artificial. Nightcrawlers, shiners, crickets, small, frogs, crawfish, that sort of thing.
I never used a bobber or any kind of split shot or weight of any kind, and was super successful. They were large mouths also. This was just something I’m telling you. It doesn’t have anything to do with telling you what to do or anything like that.
I think if we went out fishing, you would definitely be the teacher! Again, God bless!
