Me and my wife and her little sister were T bones on 4/21/01 we all went str8 to ER and we all did PT for 3-4 months
My wife’s bills are 28k, mines are 15k and my sis in laws are 13k and the policy limit of the other driver is 25/50
Our lawyer told us we basically will not pocket any money. The first lawyer was fired and our next lawyer told us she wasn’t on top her game.this is 2 years now! I would’ve kept my totaled car and repaired it . I thought I would have got cashed out to down payment on a new car. First lawyer basically told us to never miss a PT appointment and do as much as possible even if we feel healed 😅 and she even gave us numbers on possibilities we could pocket now we need to pay more because the statue of limitations is here this month !
Did I pick the wrong law firm????????

I got into an accident, not my fault. So I bring my car to Body Shop after a week at fault insurance, declare my car totaled loss, and the adjuster puts the price value at $10,000. So I wait for them to finalize so I can buy a car. After the whole month of waiting, still not finalized my claim and no payment yet. Until at fault insurance called me, he said he was still waiting for his boss to finalize, then he followed that I needed to pay the bodyshop for breaking down my car and putting it back, and the storage fee for keeping my car for over a month, taking out of the $10,000, and I was using a rental car, and I was the one paying out of pocket. They said it would not reimburse, so as you can see, I didn't get any money, no car, and broke because I used my savings for my rental car so I could go to work. I was facing a hardship. Still waiting up until now can anyone help me im running out of option
