School Uniform Sabi has a huge ass grin, both bloody and not, npcs are usually afraid of you more with the pipe than the gun. What did she do dude.
I think that could represent that maybe Sabi hurt or infected him bc of her illness as well as that smile is probably a delinquent. As well that npc are more scared of the pipe than a gun, is bc the gun is probably not real, but hey who know Ps: I also think that those Kaibustu show us what will happend to sabi and maybe bullies as well
