Jalebis being coated with thick sugar syrup often gets stuck in the throat making swallowing harder so eating fafda or sipping some taak makes it easier to swallow. when eating only jalebis. one can eat only a few of them in one sitting but when Jalebis are paired with fafda or taak, one can easily eat a lot of jalebis at one sitting.

I really wish to be 'eat to live ' type when I am not shooting and trying my best to do so to balance all the eating out done so frequently but I believe more in yoga and do that 5 times a week 😊
To be honest, it is not possible for 1 person to eat so much. You can only taste everything if you want to try all varieties and the best thing that I usually do is only take what looks good and then repeat if needed. For the video, I had to taste everything though 😊
Profit margin of such buffet restaurant is usually 45 to 50% of the price they charge even if the customer has a very good appetite. For average customer it further escalates! The volume of profit depends on the number of customers who pay and take a plate. 35 to 40% times it's a win win situation for both customer as well as restaurant owner! Your selection of eateries is good!
profit margin is high only if there are enough customers coming in to eat it else unless enough customers come, quite a lot of the food can also go to waste. these guys are playing it safe by keeping it on Sunday mornings only so that people know when to come and the hotel can prepare some and be ready to make more if needed.

Very nice and informative video. This type of food is not a healthy choice for breakfast. You cannot eat on a daily basis. In the long run it will give you metabolic syndrome. Except Idli, Poha, sambar and Uttapam every other item is unhealthy. It's better to have a Thali in the same hotel in the afternoon as Lunch. They shall be serving very good Thali.
Poha pp 30rs. Upma pp 30rs. Utappa pp 30rs. Meduwada pp 30rs. Idli pp 30rs. Misal pp 45/50rs. ( 2 pav ) Jalebi Fafda pp 40/45 rs. Tea/Coffee per cup 25/35rs. Total = 265 / 280rs. This prices are of small hotels or street food vendors (Even some street vendors have low price than above ) But if you eat all this one plate each at a time which i bet nobody can eat One more thing that if we can eat this all item turn by turn on different days than we can enjoy full taste of every item and also it help seven different vendors to earn profit by your payment.
