Needs 4 years of at least 875 yards possible but not likely, unfortunately hate saying it about an all time great but thinking more realistically.

I truly believe he could get to that record because he’s still productive however, I just don’t see a team giving him that full opportunity & workload of 20+ carries a game due to the fact that teams want to get YOUNGER. All & all, I’d never count out a BEAST who tore his knee apart only to rush for 2k 9 months later 💪🏽
He would of had it already if the redskins let him play. He rushed for 1000+ yards and they werent even giving him as many carries as he should have been getting.
Outside of Eric Dickerson and OJ Simpson, All Day Peterson was the most physically gifted RB to ever play the game.

I don't think that he will get that rushing yards record. 4,000 plus yards at this stage in his career will be very difficult for him to achieve. Wishing the best for him though.
