And can we do before going to sleep?
@@astrologersagargurav4373not always advised since meditation makes you feel energized and you don't need that to sleep, but if it works for you then keep doing it!

It is possible to experience calming and peace of mind by just watching the breath without chanting any word at all, only breath alone, when this is done the mind tends to wander into thoughts the practice is to gently bring it back to the breath once this is done for some time the mind start to enjoy it when concentration grows the mind becomes joyous a distracted mind is unhappy a focused mind is very joyous
