- In his first sermon the Buddha really covers everything that is essential about his teaching; everything that he said later in his ministry is contained within this first sermon which revolves around the FOUR NOBLE Truths. The first noble truth is the truth of Dukkha (roughly translated as suffering).
Beloved Buddhist scholar and teacher, Richard Jones gives this excellent lesson for beginners to Buddhism. Recorded at the London Buddhist Vihara on 28th July 2016.

I never thanked you for talking the time to answer my last question. I have one more. How much work and what kind of environment does it take to get to the point where one can perceive this level of clarity regarding change. Is there a point at which the change falls to a gap and there is no more change within that points? Cause I understand what you are saying verbally Nd intellectually but I never really felt like Buddhism or Buddha explains the purpose of all existence. Where are the roots of it all and how to get there? If it’s too much of a question or I miss understand in anyway I’m sorry. I guess I’m trying to just understand why I’m here besides karma.
Hello again Szwifty Mob - would you mind supplying an email address so I can contact you directly at some time soon?

London Buddhist Videos but life is suffering 🤭
But why add the Second Arrow my friend?
London Buddhist Videos I don’t think I’m quite understanding 😅
Dukkha just not mean suffering. He said very clearly, follow his depth of the words end in.
Birth is pain... Old age...sickness.....Unwanted things.......In conclusion, 'that which creates' 5 subtle elements (Panchupadankhanda) is in pain. That mean Soul in pain. To uproot the root of pain (Soul), there is way of purity and higher wisdom. The Dukkhanirodhgamini patipada. That which uproot the soul and joins with it. Its called Samma Ditthi. Samma doesnt mean 'right' but that of 'Union'! Samma ditthi literally means 'Vision of Union'! It's almost end in, 'Lo! I am He.'
There's no soul in Buddhism
@@nahanng7791 : Their is no 'ism' in love and spiritual world. It's creation of blind men. Love for ones own's soul is the way and he realize it's a soul of the entire universe! (Remedy for pain is in pain, when I seek my soul, my master, pain becomes delight._Rumi) Stay contained in 'ism'!👍
@@nahanng7791 : When Kondanna realises this, he ask Buddha, 'yam kinki samudayadhamma, sabbam tam nirodhadhamma iti?!' (That which creates is the same one who destroys?) Buddha said with smile in affirmative!
Now Western fools translated as "Tathagata shows the cause and the cutting the cause of becoming.!"
@@santelang you are trying to distort the teaching of the Buddha by using the word soul. By using the word soul you are implementing atman or something that is permanent within oneself but there's no such thing. Everything is a flux. The 5 combination consist of what you refer to as " soul" in totality or separation has no permanent quality in it.
@@nahanng7791 : Who are saying "everything is in flux, is the one to search for that. Once you found, 'whatever you search for doesnt exit' then you will be blessed with what you have already have! Buddha used the method in negative methodology as what the 'Soul' is not! The Rupa, vedana, sanna, sankhara and vinnana are not my self, nor my soul! So, there is fallacy as Soul doesnt exist. What comes Buddhism today is not real Buddhism. There were many sects and their own dogmas. Give up that which is not yours is the message of Buddha.
