Solo camping in forest, water sounds for relaxing.
Today I went camping in the middle of the Sumatran forest which is located in Indonesia.
I camped alone on the edge of a river in the middle of a very clear and cold forest, in this river there were lots of fish.
I don't catch fish, I just eat humberger for dinner.
The sound of water is very soothing to the soul, very suitable for relaxation for people with insomnia.
