Man that McFries McBurger guy had a really cool deck. The whole dragons claws play where she goes onto the board as soon as he copied her
Yeah, no one plays Vladimir but when the enemy plays him is: "oh shit!"
And Vlad is looking goddamn beautiful, at last. Unlike before where he was played just for the luls, now his addition really makes the deck _fucking terrifying._

I've been playing my own version of vlad since the update and the landmark really does increase your chances of winning but its far from a guaranteed loss if you don't get it. They've been slowly slowly buffing vlad for awhile now and I think he's finally in a place where he's competitive.
More like. Got scarmother - win, no scarmother - loss. Landmark almost changed nothing to scarmother deck.

Combined the landmark with the trolls and their regeneration and that works great.. they heal to full and get +1 every time. After giving the broadback protector overwhelm and regen is when the fun gets even better...
I feel like Vadimir is finally in place where he belongs

Mogwai this is outrageous deck man! I watched hole video so i can get the idea and principal of deck..started playin..just got from silver IV to silver II no sweat...win rate is like 15% lose and 85% opponent surrender 😂🤣😂🤣.. btw this deck is really satisfying to play..maybe even more than yasuo/noxus 🤔..thanks for the awsome deck man keep going much heart for the content 🧨💥🧨💥
i’ve been liking boomship keg control, swain viktor, and sometimes i like to play trifarians allegiance with splashing ursine to give the trifarians overwhelm

Maybe a few Scorched Earths would be nice here? You would patch up the lack of interaction a bit, have a tool to deal with the more annoying landmarks, and it also works really well with Death Lotus and Tarkaz.

I love vlad and this entire archetype is amazing
So the problem with this deck is it leaned more into the triggering scargrounds than taking advantage of the damaged enemy units.
Love the concept and the frame work, but feel like it could use noxian gullotine or scorched earth, maybe even both given that landmark decks are very much becoming a thing now to pick off key targets.
It is good it has a good match up against plaza because no doubt there will be a tier 1 plaza deck till the next set at least and those decks are very easy going for piolting compared to other decks so there will be plenty of time to experiment.
Barkeep along with Counterfeit Copies Can be a legit play in a Viktor deck.
I can’t wait till he uses Evershade Stalker. I’m curious what he comes up with. I’m a big fan of Iceborn Legacy with it since it buffs all of them forever
Great idea
I once saw a streamer level up Victor and use harrowing to bring two or three victor back, thus make Evershade stalker cost 0, then play them over and over again to increase victor’s stats and that was mind blowing.

Small idea. Would Evershade Stalker work as 2 mana Snapvine? If the last breath procs, it should, and it'd literally never run out
@@lertik3898 Good idea, as a one off in the deck, but other cards like Hapless or cursed keeper, blighted caretaker, do the same job but with less actions
Hey Mogwai I love the video, and I wanted to share a cool idea that you can twist in your card game brain, i’ve been trying out a deck with the new ephemeral nightfall card and trying to make a combo deck with viktor since it is a created card once the nightfall is triggered, I feel like you can use the idea to its full potential, love your videos and keep it up :)

Must say I'm super surprised that you're not including Ember Maiden here. Braum/Vlad with Ember Maiden has been utterly destroying me in ranked the past couple of days.
I tried this, and Scarground with Mount Targon. For me, with Targon, worked better. Buffing and healing my damaged units to keep them alife, while growinv stronger and stronger.

I've been playing my version of this deck with ember maiden and it's a great counter for aggro decks, especially after they develop the board. So much aggro players quit after I wiped out they whole board
Loving this variation of the deck! Have you thought about trying the 5 Mana 4|6 with "Plunder: Allies with 5+ attack have overwhelm"? So far it's been performing well for me as well as the 2 copies of Pack Mentality that I run in my variant as a finisher. Either way, I enjoyed the video!

I run more buffs and more units with overwhelm. I liked it.
I will try this variance and see how bad I do.

In my eyes, as soon as I see that go down, I immediately attack the same way. If he has either Mystic Shot or Mk-1, the attacker is dead. One scenario is the opponent only has Mk-1 and you decide to play around just that but not Mystic Shot and go for the other unit. I think Mogwai's choice was correct for sure.
Somewhat related to the first game, a deck using both Backalley dude with the Ionia Landmark with Viktor cold grant insane value. I tried it, i just don't really know how to make it good lol

How about freljord + targon for this kind of deck? So you can heal up your toughened units. Also I'm surprised you don't run ember maiden. She must've been close to making the cut. I guess she could be more viable in a freljord - targon combo where you can protect her a bit

Hey Miguel, i've been playing a similar deck recently, and i was wondering is there a particular reason why you play without the Ember Maiden? It felt to me like it was probably the most important piece of the archetype being able to grant +1 to all your units AND ping all the opponent each and every turn. I mean, in the space of 3-4 turns (while keeping her alive with transfusion and troll chant if they tried to remove her) she literally won me games without even having to attack.
People simply surrendered when they understood what they were in for :-D

I'm surprised you don't play Troll Chant, it's probably the most powerful combat trick in the game after Pale Cascade especially in a deck like this that revolves around damaging your own units.
Also I think Vladimir is a bit redundant and a waste of a champion slot, Swain levels up just as easily and gives you a lot of steam in the late game which the deck lacks. Otherwise if you want to go hard on the Overwhelm aggression Katarina is pretty good, having the ability to attack multiple times with your Overwhelm units puts a lot of pressure on the opponent.

I'm surprised you are not playing scarmaden reaver, she is a 4/5 for 5 with overwhelm and regen.
surpised no ember maiden she synergises soooooo well with the scar grounds beacuse if you don't deal with here she is consistant dmg
And your own units are effectively immune to it
So here's the deck that had been giving me pain lol. I'm suprised Swim don't have it on his meta list
It sucks against burn or heavy spell decks. Or elusives. And thats pretty much all there is at the moment. It needs scargrounds to work at all
