Vast majority of migrants are documented and legal. If any are using social services those certainly will not be undocumented people. The whole thing is ridiculous. Springfield needed people, people work, rent and buy things. Doing that improves a city economy, tax collection, construction, even federal or state money for schools and infrastructure which again increases and improves conditions for everyone
