This movie is called Extinction (2015) and stars Jeffrey Donovan. It's actually a decent watch.

There is something I just realized about the post-WalkingDead movie style: Zombies attracted mainly by sound should constantly bump into each other or attack each other, because also zombies might no sneak silently like Ninjas...
