  • We work on final prep for the last bit of primer going on this 1964 Chevy Impala. I let my 14 year old helper try his hand with the paint gun and let him do some priming on his own.

Honestly I think that you and Robbie Layton should have an old school new school build off far as paint goes see who's the better painter I still say that cuz I think you are better than he is Even though I watch his channel too he is a good painter but I think you guys are good competition for each other and I like to see you guys do something like that someday and be awesome

That would be cool. But I would have to admit Robby has more experience and way more fancy equipment. I'm not throwing any shade on Robby, and I have nothing but respect for the man. I would love to do a collaboration with him one day, and I would say yes to any challenge any time. He would undoubtedly be the favorite to win. I will never count myself out of anything or give up or throw in the towl. I would make as close as I possibly could. It would be very interesting 🤔 😀 👍

When I broke my back, I was tough truck racing at a monster truck event. I hit a 6 foot tall table top and over jumped it and landed to flat. Burst fractured my L1 and cracked my L2. Now I have 2 metal rods and 10 screws in my back, and I'm fused

I mean no disrespect with this, I'm going to make sure you are like the Mexican miyagi. Send this way on this part of the car not that way send forward and backward this way but not that way. In the young man is saying hey when do I get to paint the car as soon as you don't stand the car we are not making a DeLorean. We are doing a restoring of a classic car. Just like the bonsai tree. Look look first then snip, look again to make sure your first snip is correct. Otherwise small tree rooted in a small planter is ruined. Make every motion count it does have a consequence bare metal is not the goal we don't build deloreans here. We're just making all cars look cool again. He's a fine young man and he needs a a Mexican miyagi. Side note did you hear about Danny Torino? The man deserves respect and I heard he makes really good tacos I just don't live in that part of LA to have one but hey. I's proud of that Chicano . That man does not deserve to be 🤡ed, sorry my phone don't speak Spanish like I do

Awesome sir let him do his thing then add your teaching method. You pick up on things a bit faster I think. The stupid question is the 1 you were afraid to ask that's what I use to tell my crew. Bueno sir raining here in the (RGV ) I can't wait to continue on my son's car. Did the bumper & hood they turned out pretty good. Stay safe take it 1 primer day at a time.
