The Nissan 300ZX was said to be the last true Z car from Nissans legendary Z, or Fairlady Z line up of cars. Most notably including the Nissan (then Datsun) 240z, 280z, Z31, Z32, Z33 and now the 400z. In Japan, they were marketed as the Fairlady Z, but was sold under the name 300ZX elsewhere.
