Thanks a lot, man. I watched almost a dozen videos about just this, before yours, and they all said to just press L1, like it was obvious. Even the in-game Help menu told me that! This really helped. The game's own tutorial leaves a lot to be desired, but with this one video, I've got a better handle on things now. I have, ahem, "evolved". Cheers.

jesus... thanks dude for the video.. I spent 3 hours exploring everything, got the entire map "unlocked", inspected basically everything in the jungle, died a bunch of times and was about to quit because I thought the game was just broken... I didn't want to have to come to youtube for solutions but the game really makes a poor job at explaining the very first task.... (I know they say to discover for ourselves but holy shit..)
I looked at the controls, I knew what I had to do, its just that stupid "switch hands button" that didn't show up.
"build a bed"
that's great game, but at least tell me I have to sleep FIRST and THEN I'll be able to build one... SMFH

This is a BAD game. I don't recommend this game to ANYONE. I spent hours doing nothing with no tips no hints and I STILL 😡 haven't got my orb glowing like yours and can't perform weapons yet. My blood pressure is high!! I deleted the stupid game for GOOD. I spent hours for nothing. 👎👎 If you don't have this game? Don't get it everybody else it was a mistake of development
