Mercedes Dealer Stockport, 1 ladies demand I stop filming, even though reception gave the go ahead. Finally someone with sense comes to calm things down.
I kind of get these videos but what annoys me in pretty much every video is when someone very politley says can you not film them and they dont want to be on youtube, you carry on filming them, claim you cant turn the camera off (its a go pro so you can easily pause/stop) and then dont blur the face? If you want to be treated with respect then it goes both ways. But hey whatever makes you money.
I agree. He should have blurred their faces out and respect their privacy. Other than that, I found that the staff were pretty cool with him. If he comes to the ones here in Belfast like the KIA dealer. He would get attitude and probably mocked.
Thought you had an confrontational attitude with the blonde lady straight away, why is she on UA-cam when she clearly said she didn't want to be on UA-cam???
@@yonner1000 Wrong! GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation and is there to protect the general public from companies and their staff. I personally could walk down a public street recording a video and show it to anyone. If I was a member of staff employed by a company I would have to abide by GDPR, and that covers anything that could identify a member of the public such as a sound recording, a photograph, a video or any other recording device. This is a private company allowing members of the public access, and therefore it is an implied public place and the company must abide by GDPR in ITS OWN recording (video or sound) of the general public. I bet they don't!
@@yonner1000 There's not a cat in hells chance of me looking at the legislation to prove a point. That's for you to point out the specific part of the legislation to prove your point! Not to only say GDPR you cannot do that. I would also disagree with an expectation of payment, or being classed as self-employed or a sole trader. That's like saying writing a diary I can claim to be a writer, as I could potentially sell the rights to my diary at a future date to be turned into a book or a film. Or, taking pictures of a street or filming my own progress down through a local town in case something happens and I could sell it to the press. If you are self-employed or a sole trader, you are working for yourself with the intention of selling the goods, not on the off chance you may sell them. Or, are you implying we should all go around with our eyes shut. in case we can sell our knowledge at a later date? What about people videoing their holidays, meals etc and putting them on UA-cam. There is already previous examples of people doing this everyday, simply look on UA-cam and try and construct an argument for a judge to agree with you!
Do you record your screen footage on your drone controller? This would be your backup if you lost the drone footage. Yes you get 2 files, 1 on the drone and 1 on the rc but thats how you'd always have footage
16:14 “I can’t turn it off” ? Of course, there’s an off button on the camera… Also I’m not an expert but the drone part is concerning. Filming over parts of businesses which are out of bounds to the public would definitely ring alarm bells for many people.
BYD stands for Build Your Dream, a Chinese manufacturer, they make lots of electric buses and cars. Pretty good products. Then you get Karen, don't film me, there's always one.
The ones that kick off and that are usually completely wrong and clueless about the Law provide the biggest laughs and the comedy gold so sometimes I just skip to them parts in the video......Two good ones here 😃😄🤣😂🙂😉🙃
I hope the lady on reception didnt get in trouble. She seemed self concious and maybe didnt feel empowered to object. Work situations where staff are not supported will always make someone pre disposed to anxiety feel less empowered. The woman who stopped dje and said she would have to address the receptionist looked like a right bully
Security was cool with you to be honest. I think others have brought it up but surely there is an unknown liability risk of your drone falling on top of one of their vehicles and inflicting damage or also if it randomly lands or crashes in an area you cannot physically access yourself because you were flying over being nosy
What a crap reception at this company, who would want to give them our business, if l wanted to spend my money on these l would take a camara as an aid memoir to help me decide witch model, what colour etc.wouldn't go here.they crimilise people, fools.!

So you set out to make a nuisance of yourself. Get upset when asked not to do something. Behave like some spoiled teenager. Fly your drone from private land without permission. Don't follow basic drone regs, eg knowing beforehand where you would land in an emergency. Add to that that fact your youtube channel is monetized, therefore under UK tax law you are classed as 'Sole trader' and pay tax on any income, also do have to follow GDPR rules and regs. All that from a man with a camera who says he is making sure the company is doing things the 'right way'. LMFAO..
@@AUDITTHEDEALER Yes as always. 'Sole Trader', makes you the data controller, with an obligation to be registered with the ICO. Not upset just auditing the auditor. Hope you have blurred out your I.D number from your done. Oppp's. LMFAO. On to the next one..
Blonde girl said she wasn't happy being filmed as you were in private premises which was her place of employment you should not have published her image, bollox as in private premises you were asked to stop filming you should have stopped . Filming in public its fine they cannot tell you what to do but inside private premises, the car showroom, you should stop immediately when asked

That being said keep the videos coming I enjoy them apart from that
LSH Auto are an international dealer group new to the UK. Mercedes-Benz of Stockport looks an impressive building and set up however it is the people that make the business and on the evidence of this video they fall well short of a good standard. Without the people the investment is wasted. This video was an impromptu opportunity to show off the new facilities. Instead they made themselves look complete fools not to mention being plain rude to videographer and the viewing audience. I hope that Stefan Bowett their Dealer Principal can support the staff featured who are not of a standard to represent Mercedes-Benz. This of course excludes Tanveer who handled matters with a good level of diplomacy. Mercedes-Benz of Stockport, one to avoid. A well deserved red X. Thank you.
All this "you cant film customer cars" nonsense. Do they not realise theres dashcams everywhere now. And the "reg plates are private" too, what can you do with a reg, other than check someones tax & MOT
LSH are the biggest Mercedes dealers in the world and I believe shareholders in Daimler Benz. I simple email to marketing would have given you great content. You turning up with a camera is nothing like a real customer experience. Furthermore if told not to film people you should have not.
Agree with you but Stockport is basically a hub of the north near Manchester Piccadilly as far as different trains that come through from all over the country. So people may travel in by train and then catch the train back. Or if they have come by car then they're passenger or they drive there and partner drives back etc so there isn't drink drive involved. Good point though
Real let down by Stockport mercedes, pretty sure Syndicate flimed in there when he was getting his car and been there since and recorded couple of clips
What part of don't film me do you not understand?
shut up Karen
He's a dumb & irritating creature mate.
If someone came into my daughter’s workplace and wouldn’t stop filming when asked to…..
Would love for the dealership to just ignore him completely, he would have no content to show, we all know it the reaction he wants not the cars.
Well you reacted didn't you lol
Watch his vid from JLR Stockport, u couldn’t ask for less of a reaction, he soon got board and fucked off 😂😂

10 million views??….. in your dreams 😂😂😂😂
It's not a big surprise car prices are such a rip off - all that deadweight so people feel special. Weird world.
Exactly, that's why you lose so much in the first year. Paying for all those pointless assistants and people greeting you etc.
Thought you had an confrontational attitude with the blonde lady straight away, why is she on UA-cam when she clearly said she didn't want to be on UA-cam???
No trolling in the comments. Yet, DJ makes a living out of trolling. Lol 😆
LSH Auto UK's parent company, Lei Shing Hong, which is based in Hong Kong, is already the world's largest Mercedes-Benz retailer.
It was the largest dealer, but I doubt if they have sold many cars just lately as the Chinese economy is crashing and unemployment is rocketing.
GDPR does not apply to the video only for the Mercedes company or workers in their employ and what they record . . .

Why didn't you blur that ladies face out (15:20) in the uploaded video? She asked nicely not to be filmed

The merc dealer in Warrington doesn’t even have a customer coffee machine.
I would love to visit this dealer to see the cars. That place looks amazing.
Are you dense? You can’t film on private property if they tell you not too. If you acted normal they would be fine with it
