First of all usps now charges dimensional shipping and that size box if it went priority mail would have been charged at a 20 pound rate. Anything over one cubic foot gets the surcharge. Second, seller could have used free package pickup so charging you for gas is wrong. You hated the doll before you even opened the box. If it was eBay then send it back and get a refund. Problem solved. I think she’s beautiful!! Her box was bad. As a doll seller I buy brand new boxes to ship in. I’m curious to know what you spent for the actual doll.

Seller was a scammer. EBay had me return and seller removed payment info so PayPal had refund me and try recoup there money through her. She's fraudulently relisted it 5 times since after eBay warned her not to and hiked up price!

seller is a scammer , i had buy box to return and she removed all forms payment on her paypal so i couldnt get refund after she said wanted doll back and recieved , paypal had pay me themselves and try recoup there money from her , took over 3 weeks from time she recieved doll back , she has relisted same doll on ebay many times for more money and other she has listed for 2,000!

I am the original owner of this doll! I bought her at a doll shop in Georgia last fall. She was unclothed and had the original curly hair for Tuesday's Child doll which she is. I gave her a Sunday's Child wig. She had a defect in her legs, the elastic was so tight her knees did not bend. I disclosed this to the buyer. I sold her in March in her original box with a stand and dressed in a sundress that matched her aqua shoes. I was very surprised to see her for sale on Ebay as "Lena". I hope you enjoy her and pray you get well soon.

Oh yes ! 😆 I would purposely damadge my items and then have purchase a new box and packing material etc to ship back defective doll to scammer seller on eBay and then wait 5 weeks get my money as seller removed info on PayPal so they had refund and try recoup from seller. Then seller has fraudulently relisted several times at higher cost and after ebay warned her not to as does not disclose damadged to doll. I also had person she bought from at a used store contact me with list of alterations and damadges upon time seller sold....
