you got vhs very wrong, he is literally just classic but with messed up files and a deformed design, he doesnt trap players or anything, or grab attacks. he can only grab the sprite, which doesnt do much. the one you described is closer to the fanon version

I thoughr wikis story was that the wiki page for ut was corrupted and the gif he was in changed into a corruptes version which is where they got their design from

I heard that wiki sans lore were about a corrupted photo that showed up on one of the days and then disappeared from the wiki of sans the next day only one saw it(thats what I heard :))
