Before leaving for flight some day ago Mr. Bhabha meets someone in PMO for funding, and discussed the nuclear program, that person was an asset of USSR+CIA, specially a saaheb with colonial mentality. One was incarnation of Bhagwan Vishnu, born in Keekat region.
Another was Saint Buddha or Siddharth Gautam born in Lumbini.
The Lumbini one was not incarnation of Bhagwan Vishnu.
