A great vocalist and musician in his own right is Mark and he is definitely the right singer 😊
Wow, this bloke can sing.
Did not know Mark had become the singer for Dragon. Funny thing is a few weeks ago I thought of Dragon and thought it was a shame they didn't find a new singer, I must be living under a rock. Great band and great choice for choosing Mark.
williams is a greast kiwi songman...
What a classic.
Just a correction to the first line of the description - 'Iconic NEW ZEALAND band.....................'
There, fixed it for you.
brilliant..Mark does justice to a sweet iconic song
Saw them recently as good as this rock on Mark Williams and Todd Hunter and Bruce Reid and Peter the drummer
Beautiful
Was my favourite band back in the day. He is surely missed. A great singer with a beauriful voice.
''Tell the truth' was something Cerise said to me.
God we miss Marc Hunter! Thanks for the memories Dragon!
the guitarist...excellent playing, harmonizing the song very very good
Mark does a great job ,,,great band
what a great song and a performance
Absolutely fabulous. I'm still hopelessly in love with Helen; I'm such a fool for not marrying her when I perhaps had the opportunity.
WOW..............Great Song
Ngati Whatua, Dargaville Bred, Mark Williams latest addition to Dragon.
Hey bro, this mob come from Aotearoa
Sweet, so sweet!

Very kewl NZ.
Absolutely kickass.
WHY DO WE LOSE THE GREATEST ?
Awesome thanks for sharing!!!
Great stuff mark awesome version
I love this song so much!! I play it often since hearing it as the theme song to that other show... crazy how a song can feel so nostalgic and far reaching even at first listen. Love it!!!
Great stage presence!
Love this!
Brilliant. Thank you
So good. SO GOOD!
Love it 👍
Todd& Mark
I love hearing dragon when I'm driving somewhere
The info has it wrong, Dragon was a Kiwi band not Ozzie!
they still are.
Great clip David Tapp... Saw them last Saturday at the Bridge Hotel.. Magic!!
Mark filling Marcs shoes quite well. Missing the fuller sound, but just different from my memories of the original.
Well said Tony.
iconic australian band my ass there a new zealand band
They always do this! they better not claim Taika!
@Hail Clive Don't try and use facts, can't you see how angry we are!
Hail Clive but they are all kiwis soo they are still our band lol
I know you will never get this. But I thought you around my age. But you are a young Buck. Danny
It is
Certainly aging well
How can it be an Australian band when the band members are all Kiwis?
I think you mean iconic NEW ZEALAND band. Stop trying to steal our shit. We gave you Russell Crowe, let's leave it at that.
take the boofhead back
Could you take Derryn Hinch back please
Is that Stu (from The Hangover)...on guitar???
Sorry, just bein' a smart-arse!
Hail Clive me too he’s a top bloke
Theres one Dragon member here
Still a great band and Mark is an awesome singer but it sounds like they need an extra member playing rhythm guitar / keys.
Mark was a super awesome choice to step in and continue on for Dragon. His vocals are 1st class, only thing , as usual once the band kicks in, he's kind of too much in the general mix , like drums and guitar louder than him. Singers cant go and get another voice , like you can replace instruments, theyre always caught up in the struggle for some audio space... not sure if live , it was different and he was super clear , but he gets flatlined here on this clip and has to work real hard. When the band kicks in the singer should still just sit comfortably , not much , but just a little, on the top.
They are not an Aussie band as much as i would like them to be they are a New Zealand band
ANYWAY THEIR BLOODY GREAT
What is the name of the singer?
Mark Williams :)
Great version, but miss the female backing vocals.
not exactly Dragon....there is only Todd left.
I met Williams once, he is an arrogant nob. No comparison to Marc Hunter vocally, none whatsoever.
So, what happened to the original singer? This is okay, but not great.
He died in 1998
Cheers, i found out just after i asked, he was a legend!
The legacy is well and truly fucked with these hacks
Mate…
