@@SillyMonkeys I’ve never had to any carb work with mine, I don’t tend to touch the carbs on any bike unless it’s not running properly. But if you did buy an NTV that’s running rough then it’s not a major issue getting the carbs out and back in, a workshop manual is handy. Hope that helps.👍

Hey, pretty new to bikes, thinking of buying one of these...do you have to do much with the carbs, tuning ect?

This is a Transalp engine
Yes, except the Transalp is chain drive.
This engine is also shared with the Deauville.
If you go that way you can say it is a VT500 engine :)
