    I did Aspen Park a lot less than 11 years ago. It was on the back of a Honda Goldwing, beautiful ride.

    Hwy 285. I live here and drive this almost daily.
    There is NO airport here.
    Those balls are to let rescue helicopter and small planes know where the powerlines are in case they are flying low or need to land on the highway. They are found all over the mountains.
    In this case, they are because the man who used to live in the yellow house (he recently passed away) used to fly his plane out of there on a private airstrip.
