We deserve some luck with the goal. We had alot of good performances and created lots of chances earlier on in the season, especially at Goodison.
Was hoping we'd be 7 clear of the drop after this but unfortunately it;s only 4. Gotta perfrom better against Forest and Sheffield when they come here.
Important 3 points, absolutely woeful performance from the squad. Lucky goal. Id be surprised if we beat anyone else outside of Sheffield.
Never seen so many misplaced passes in my life and a lucky goal but a much needed 3 points in the end. UTFT!!!

I wish people would get a grip that's 4 points from two games not pretty I mean we won't win team of the year but dogged and effective forget the Derby arsenal and the next game against Chelsea we will be lucky to get 1 point out of 9 but we've got a real good chance and can win them home games against teams around us the goal was shite who cares he got himself in the right position to cause the mistake and get the goal he deserve some credit for that at least
this manager might not be the answer long term I'll throw my hands up to that but he's doing his best in the situation he's working with calling for has head or moaning about players whisled everyone is entitled to there opinion it doesn't help Im just waiting for the train at Lime street and you wouldn't of thought we had won its a real shame some of things I heard today we used to have one of the more intelligent fan bases who knew there stuff the players need us there not the best they are plodders at best most of them but they are capable but we have to belive in them get behind them and not be so negative come on time to get up and rally again COYB!!

Genuinely feel more down after that than most of our recent games. We were awful against a newly promoted team with a man advantage for 30mins. It’s such a tough watch and once we get to the end of this awful season, we have to change things whatever league we’re in.
I am sorry, but based on this game alone, Dyche is not the man for Everton. We were nothing short of shocking in what was a must win game. How many times did Burnely waltz out of defence with ball unchallenged, slide pass down the side and behind defence. They were down to 10 men and playing football while we were hitting long balls up to DCL, Secure and Beto. Game to forget, only positive that we got the win
Luton are fighting and a real threat. Forest are doing the same!! It’s going down to the wire again and this team are making me ill.
I do feel we are reliant on other teams results again which is horrible because I can’t see us picking up too many. We’ve managed to catch Brentford now and Palace are dropping like a stone keep the faith blues 💪 Hoping the breach gives no more than 2 points.
Hopefully Spurs can win against Forest.

Ill take ther win...but we were unconvincing............we cant score a goal from genuine open play.......... this was gifted. Not sure we can score any points in the remaining games..Young was diabolical... cant pass a ball to save his life. Betto cant stay on his feet. 2 penalties not given again...... VAR wont give us anything.,
i was at the game today , upper bullens ground was quite except your lot most of the game we played like shite tbf and we was lucky that deflection ended up going the way it did or we would of had a draw today douc and young was pissin me off all game but a wins a win i suppose we go again

It's not all Dyche s fault last 4 months two wingers mc Neil &Harrison and we have no side players I know it makes no sense
Dreadful performance. These players really can’t string two passes together. I thought we might do better with Garner and Gomes in the middle but everything played at such a slow pace they can’t really create anything either, especially with the ball launched at every opportunity. Difficult watch when a team as poor as Burnley with 10 men can boss the play. Doucouré and Young didn’t make much of an impact. McNeil was good closing down but didn’t make the most of his opportunities on the ball. Just so frustrating to watch. We’re a million miles from our motto, but I guess Dyche and his coaches are happy with this.
Job done on to the next one stuffy game scruffy goal will do me for now

Taking dcl off was a stupid thing to do, the lad seemed to starting to get a head of steam after his goal, showing Dyche is a shite coach,

Another shocking performance from a team playing Sunday league pub football.Dyche believes it was a defensive masterclass. It’s joyless, 39000 people conned today having to watch Dyche anti football. We deserve to go down playing like that (again).

Atrocious performance but we'll take the points no matter how we get them.
Burnley were neat and tidy but they lack quality at both ends of the field. Moving forward, anything at Chelsea will be a bonus but it's highly unlikely.
Our run-in continues in earnest next week against Nottingham Forest when we'll need to be much better than we were today.
Another hard watch but at least its an (ugly) win....Dyche will be in his element

Dyche has to take the blame? Not the players being ripped from him left right and centre? The guy is working in impossible circumstances. Yes footy was awful today but just needs must. Look at the bigger picture.
Dyche has come into the most catastrophically ran club in the country, avoided relegation from a dire situation last year, and this year won a points total that would have us comfortable now if not for a points deduction which is nothing to do with him.
Plenty to criticise during this bad run, of course, but "Dyche has to take the blame"?? 😂
And when have we ever seen anything other than terrible football in the last 8 years? Remember the second half of Ancellotti's season??

Definitely it’s not a particular great squad but still I thinks it’s fair to say that the club needs to really think if dyche is the way forward. He doesent really seem to develope any players or patterns of play

Dyche must have DCL training by getting him to try and head flies in the car park at Finch Farm. The only tactic is to boot it into the opposition half and expect him to run, leap and head it. Burnley offered nothing and it was the perfect opportunity to play DCL and Beto but hey ho the only way is Dychesaurcway🤬

Another truly terrible performance, didnt even look like scoring even when they went down to 10. The team is utterly broken. Id say at least we got the win but Luton won as well so doesnt really mean anything.
Are you seriously celebrating that win? The second wort team in the league pinned us against the ropes in the first half and we only scored because they handed us the chance. Even with 10 men we created nothing. We're sh1te.
