    I watch Brix every morning.
    coffee, dumbbells, shower, & out the door.
    we need more than 15 mins. I have every bit of his content more than 10 times. lol
    thank you for more than 45 mins. YES. lol
    we gat light skin, dark skin, beards, thickums, hard, articulate, these podcasts even look like the smell good, DAYUM!

    I am loving the podcast ❤. I have been trying to become a better woman for 6 years now, it has been hard to change all the bad habits into good habits but I am way better now, I went from eating like garbage every day to now about 70-80% of the time eating Whole Foods. I went from couch potato to active most of the times. I am also more spiritual than how I was 6 years ago. I have slow down on drinking alcohol a whole lot. When you zoom out, it has not been perfect but I am calling that a progress. The key is to when you get off track, try your best to make that off track shorter and shorter everytime.
