This is the best video I have seen for Xiao Ge. I read almost all the books and the scene you have picked up matched perfectly with how he is portrayed in the book, the grace, the power he holds yet lost sometimes, fighting and on top of how he cares for Wu Xie. I think he cares for WuXie not love in a romantic way(even if everyone tries to ship them), but because WuXie understands his sad side and Xiao Ge finds comfort in that understanding. I feel it is more like parental care(or grandparent?; he is so freaking old you know ) and a partner. Anyway thanks for this super edit
