- When it comes to supplying other patients, the new law says you can give away up to two ounces of homegrown cannabis, but you can’t sell anything without a retail license. But a state law change in 1906 is calling the rules into question.

If anyone thinks that Marijuana is not being sold by private citizens or stores they are living in a sheltered life . Dispensaries have had their hands tied for too long and that has created a market for under the counter sales at stores and private sales from person to person . The state cannot prosecute people for sales because it would be a situation they created and maybe entrapment .

This is *very* clear cut. Look at that wording. "Any person may sell the products of the farm or garden occupied and cultivated by him without obtaining a license therefor." WHAT else do you need to know? If the judge dismisses this case, our laws aren't laws and words don't actually mean anything. Cannabis plants "not a product of farm or garden?" On what planet and how would they argue that if they had to? They couldn't, so they want it dismissed. What the heck is it a product of? You can try to *amend* the constitution, but as is there is no distinction between a plant used for food, a plant used for industrial uses, or a plant used medicinally OR recreationally. It very clearly says what it says.
Leave the pot alone. We don't want any part of your prescription medication empire.

There really should be no limits on how much you can grow tbh as long as you’re not selling it.
Depends on how and where they’re growing. Four plants outdoors could put every one of them over the possession limit. On the other hand, the feeble little scrubs I grow might last a month. I only grow four at a time so I can manage my RO water production. Autos finish in 75 days, photos around 16 weeks so there are a lot of factors that affect yield.

It should be treated as any other plant. So long as a person is made to buy permission, and criminalized for simply not paying. Than it is not legal. It’s just regulated for a system of profit and control. Any product that enables an individual to live free and independent certain people want to prohibit.

The current value of it is so low that you're hardly able to break even if you grow indoors, people should be able to sell just to offset costs. 4 plants flowering is not a profitable situation.

I know no one I could sell to but depending on the number of plants and type or strain you will have an over abundance of weed after the harvest and cure. I only harvested two unknown plants and a nice CBD and got more then my wife and I can use for pain and sleep. I wish I could sell some of it. We are in the process of moving and I had to give away my other 5 plants, they were too big to transport. I have no idea what I could charge either? It would just be nice to be able to sell some, all I know is back in the 60s it was only $10.00 an ounce. With the prices of today it could supplement our SSI!

The Attorney General does not get to tell us that it is not including marijuana if it does not say that in the law. It better say in the law, "excluding marijuana" but it does not say that. Sit down Attorney General and do your job. You're not the lawmaker here.

I'm ok with getting a seller's permit as long as state and government follows the laws, in my state a seller's permit is free so treat us cannabis farmers as you do any other seller.

Easy work around grow a bunch of veggies with your cannabis outdoors and grow in an actual garden. Grow under lights starting in april and put outdoors in mid may or when the plants are about 24 to 36 inches high. They will get huge turning into large bushes by September. Harvest in late September or early october after the first frost. Also make a bunch of seeds and share them freely. ❤

Weed uses more water than almost any crop. The potency cant be determined, or pesticide used on it or around it. You wouldnt want to consume it if someone used rose food on it. Also the criminal factor
