I also do them, well i do cold baths. At the beginning it was terrible lmao but overtime it gets better mentally ann physically. You do feel proud of yourself and it's a little challenge everyday you overcome
it sounds like a pathetic problem to have but for some reason i cant seem to get cold water in my shower upstairs only in the bath downstairs which i can barely fit in lol
