RIVAL SPONSORED, YOU MADE ITTTT
😂 Thanks, brother 👊🏽
Those gloves are hard! Awesome video
Shiny colors. How compact are these?
Hey how are you? Great video!! I just subscribed….Are these good for hard heavy bag? If I were to use them for only hard heavy bag would you recommend 12oz? Or what size is best for these if I were to use them only in heavy bag?
12s in these are great for bag work 👍🏼
I recently bought the rsv11 and they seem to be good quality the only thing I don’t like about the glove is that when I strap them up the “v-strap” system puts my wrist at an awkward position. Do these gloves feel that way as well?
Really, eh? I actually haven’t used any of Rival’s V-strap gloves. So I can’t really make the comparison. A lot of my fighters have it, they seem to be okay with it.
Great job, cuz!
Thanks Renz🙏🏼
dang... I need a sponsor to give me some new bag gloves! lol
😆
Can you use these as bag gloves. I’m 42 just started boxing fitness class and I’m mainly on the bags. We do 3 x 1 min technical sparing with head guards jab only. but saw the strap version of these and loved them. I was also thinking about the intelishock as they are designed for the bags and we do a lot of bag work.
Yeah, you definitely can. These are great all around gloves. Can be used for both sparring and bagwork👍🏼. Even though these are meant for sparring, the padding is durable for everything
@@ThatBoxingGuy can you suggest any other rival that also has similar padding but cheaper. I think these are a little expensive for me. I like the v lock system but I really a glove that can do both but not too heavy.
The RS11v is a good pair. A lot of my boxers have that. Only issue is the Velcro will eventually lose its stickiness, so I end up having to tape their straps
@@ThatBoxingGuy would the new yellow RIVAL RFX-GUERRERO-V SPARRING GLOVES P4P EDITION end up having the same issue where you would to tape them?
Not totally sure, my RB50 gloves are starting to get that problem, too. Definitely hope not for the price of them though
I found the same thing. I tried the P4P v on in store and the foam was really nice whereas the stock ones the foam was super stiff. I know theyll break in somewhat but...good the p4p lace also has that niceee foam 😊 I can see what rival have done though, SF-H, P4P, HDE-F...a glove for everybody which is great. I perfer the SF-H and P4P but id have a hard time picking one of those two.
I actually just picked up the SF-H. It’s super soft but at the same time surprisingly stiff. The middle layer is stiff, but hopefully it doesn’t take too long to break it in. We’ll see
@@ThatBoxingGuy Yep SF-H felt cool in store. To me it felt like a softer puffier layer on top of a bit stiffer layer but thick with deep compression. Wonder what its like after broken in 😁 Very interesting padding. Ive got the RS10v, much stiffer but slightly similiar in that after break in its got a puffier soft top layer on a bit of a stiffer bottom layer with deep compression never bottoming out on power shots (6ft 100kg) very slight spring off the bag after maximum compression on power shots. Light work on the swing bag is still responsive too. Not everyones cup of tea but man i can really hammer the bag without any thought to sore knuckles & still with some feel. I wasnt intending 2 drop another $400aud on a pair of gloves but, i like the SF-H so much maybe...i just might
hi! im trying to choose between these and the phenom sg210 - which would you prefer and why? thank you
They’re actually pretty similar in construction, but the SG 210 have softer padding. It’s really the design and what you’re into. I do love the simple design of the phenom but the rivals also look really cool.
Are these better than the Hit n Moves that you’ve tried?
Yes
Exactly what is the difference between white and p4p products?
I am not good at English, so if you write it down, I would like to translate it and see it!
The main difference between the two are the designs and the padding is a bit softer. The P4P has a more broken feel
@@ThatBoxingGuy thank you!
So did these break in well after use?
They’re already pretty broken in, so I just started using for sparring right off the bat
These or the Flyx?
Tough choice, the Flys are more soft and broken in. But the Rivals are also broken in just more firm and more protective all around
