In this video, I use a brown rice pasta, but if you want to add more health-span & protein to your meals, I highly recommend swapping out the brown rice pasta for a legume based pasta. I really love Banza. Do they make a bowtie pasta? because that really works with this dish.
    Eating a variety of vegetables & spices are also great for longevity, it's really important to mix things up and eat a variety of food. That way you can take advantage of nutritional synergistic affects & you never have to worry about getting a complete protein. Also, you will get your fiber.
    Add nuts for omega 3s and healthy cognitive aging.
