- The Mining Engineering Department at the Colorado School of Mines represents the original area of excellence on which Colorado School of Mines has built its reputation. Since Mines was founded over a century ago to train gold rush miners, mining engineering has changes greatly, becoming increasingly multidisciplinary, incorporating advanced technologies and new scientific discoveries.
This video is narrated by faculty Dr. Hugh Miller, video-graphed by lab coordinator Bruce Yoshioka, and edited by undergraduate student Isabel Govett.
My congratulations to the mining industry in the United States...greetings from Peru
I love this department for their full support in admission application, thanks to the mining Engineering admission administrator, person of Christine monroe.
Hello, Could you tell me more about this department?, please
There is more than enough information as I don't have any different detail
It's good to see Dr. Hugh Miller on video for the Colorado School of Mines. I remember meeting him at the San Xavier training center for the University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona, with my late partner, Bryan King. Keep up the good work Dr. Miller, hope to see you one day.
