Lot rent above $1k is fine if there are superb amenities. Otherwise, $14,400.00 per year to live in a “trailer park” is no just no. In five years that’s $72,000.00 just thrown out the window 🪟 😮🎉

Pretty nice place for 35,00, but the lot rent is way over budget! I heard & saw a major highway in the background. very noisy!

I live up the street. That place got bought out by investors, the people who still own units in there are screwed.

@@themobilehomedealer anyone who didn't buy into the co-op didn't get their unit bought out, now they own a unit but not land. The rent went way up and now they have a home that no one wants to buy. The investors own the land.

Got one you can list for me. It's a handy man special. No hoa. Lot rents are a scam. Will consider owner carry. $70k cash. Owner carry 80k with half down, 500 a month, only 4.5% interest on remainder. 3/2 mh and land.
