When I cleaned my Peace and Love Air Max 90s, the mesh dark stains appeared in the mesh as they dried. No matter how many times I've washed and rinsed them the stains keep reappearing. Any ideas?

PLZ HELP!!!!!!! I have a pair of sport blue retro 3's. I wanted to customize the toebox so applied white Angelus shoe paint on the elephant print toebox. Now I'm having regrets because I want it off! I feel like a good proper clean requieres to take the insole out, get an air pressure gun and blow all that excess dirt built/lint around the edges, clean the way you did AAAND do the sneaker laundry care system ...AND then still pressure dry them because dirt/water residue still stays stuck in the mesh ..and that’s a proper cleaning to me specially for a shoe of this age
