Hi! You have to let the powdered gelatine bloom first before using it. Mix the 2 tsp powdered gelatine in 3 tablespoons of very cold water for 5 mins then microwave it for about 10 secs. You’re good to go. 😊
Hey there. This is my first try of one of your recipes. Everything went great except it did not fully set. I used 2 gelatine sheets as instructed. It’s not as loose as before I put it in the fridge but it was drooping. Could it be that I did not mix the gelatine enough before pouring?

Hi! If your batter is starting to clump it means that your gelatine is starting to solidify. After mixing you can pop the whole bowl into the microwave for about 5-10 secs justo to help loosen the batter and continue mixing it again before pouring into the pan. Hope it helps. ❤️

Doing exactly as shown but I’m having problems with the gelatine solidifying before it’s mixed, causing those horrible lumps. How do I stop this happening?
@@ketoserts I now make this in a double boiler set-up, hot water but no heat on. I guess the climate’s too cold but I’ve no bother with my gelatine now. I’ve just made my eighth one of these, it’s just my favorite tasting cheesecake of all time, it’s the yogurt that makes it so good! ♥️

María Axel hi Maria, yes you can use any sweetener you prefer. I’m sorry but I haven’t tried splenda so I can’t give you any idea of how much you will add. But you can adjust any sweetener you want to use, you can always adjust the sweetener acdg to your taste.

@@ketoserts the sheets are 2.5 g. Would that be the same as yours? If so, it was likely the mixing.
@@ryan7773 I use bronze gelatine sheets. So I guess you can use 3 silver gelatine sheets and make sure to mix it just to make sure. ❤️

Hi! If your batter is starting to clump it means that your gelatine is starting to solidify. After mixing you can pop the whole bowl into the microwave for about 5-10 secs justo to help loosen the batter and continue mixing it again before pouring into the pan. Hope it helps. ❤️

Made this last week. I don’t know what happened, once i added the gelatin, my cheesecake consistency went from smooth to slightly lumpy. What could have prevented this? Simple but It was still delicious.

Doing exactly as shown but I’m having problems with the gelatine solidifying before it’s mixed, causing those horrible lumps. How do I stop this happening?

María Axel hi Maria, yes you can use any sweetener you prefer. I’m sorry but I haven’t tried splenda so I can’t give you any idea of how much you will add. But you can adjust any sweetener you want to use, you can always adjust the sweetener acdg to your taste.

Bloom it in a 2-3tbsp cold water and leave for 5 mins. Microwave for 5-10 seconds and you’re good to go.❤️
