I liked it so much I called on the 5th day and bought it... Love this car...! The chronos gray color is just gorgeous in my opinion... I actually was thinking about an SUV (since I'm an old timer) until I saw this car.... This cars styling was before it's time and it still looks great...

I'm kinda feeling the same, but not coming from any Audi, was looking first at the S5, that would be great. The sport back is what lures me in so, is the A5 a good entry point? I didn't know it came with a 4 cyl but that works in favor to insurance rates
Thoughts on the S-Line interior? I am in the early stages of buying an A5 Sportback and cannot decide between the normal leather and the leather/dinamica. I like the golf ball grips and badging, but am unsure if the dinamica seating will hold up over time.
The S line will be more sporty seating and it also adds this to the exterior. I like the feel more then the base but you want to apply protectant on them sooner then later. It will hold dirt more, cleaning can be very hard without protectant products but it will not get as hot as leather. Dinamica isn’t suede but microfibre fabric with a similar feel and with proper products added at the time of ownership is will hold up better. I have Alcantara in my vehicle (going on 6 1/2 years) no problems or color fade.

When I first got mine I wanted to get them black but now I will never change them. I love the contrast between the silver rim and the black paint I have. I honestly prefer them over the s5 rims now.
To be honest, the interior is great, it actually LOOKS like a car yet a mix of retro and modern looks. The only complaint I would have is I wish the navigation screen would be integrated like that of A3 (the mini Etron GT interior look)
@@japanwatchconnectionthe functionality is perfect on all the 5s. When I first saw the interior I was wowed and I never thought it was outdated. It has a 360 camera, adaptive cruse control, digital gage cluster and much more modern features so I don’t know how someone can call it outdated.

Test drove a 2023 with 7,000. This thing sits really low to the ground. Back issues? Take a hard pass. Getting in and out of this car is a chore.

Better looking than an m340i and the interior is practical and high quality.
