How To Make a Smash Chicken With Sambal (Ayam Geprek Sambal)
Material :
1. Fried Chicken (1 pcs)
2. Garlic (2 pcs)
3. Chili (1 ons)
4. Salt (1/2 Teaspoon or according to your taste)
5. Flavoring (1/2 Teaspoon or according to your taste)
6. Garnish
7. Cobek
Instruction :
1. First, prepare chili and garlic. And put it in the cobek
2. Second, grind the chili and garlic until smooth evently
3. After smooth evently, add salt and flavoring 1/2 Teaspoon or according to your taste.
4. Mix until well blended
5. Put the fried chicken in the sambal
6. Smash the chicken to coat it with the sambal
7. Serve on a plate
8. And smash chicken with sambal ready to serve
