I've been doing OMAD, now watching calorie intake, and since I'm disabled I am just now beginning chair exercises while sitting on the edge of my bed. I wish I could eat these delicious dishes you're making but live in a van and not currently able to cook foods.
I don't have his book But I'm going baked or grilled chicken with a salad for lunch! 2 eggs in the am and baked chicken or fish for dinner with veggies or salad for one month! And I bought a food scale😂
I would have liked to know the calories on every recipe. I also don't think these are Dr. Nows suggested recipes. His don't include sugar, oil, or unhealthy fats. The new cookbook seems to have them past the 1,000 calorie limit for the day
None of the recipe in the video were past 400 calories and low in carbs for sure! His book is very strict yes the other book def is more realistic for people not 600lbs Adding the calories would’ve been better! Thanks for the feedback ☺️
