Nice video. Not being critical at all, but after watching many videos from Dingo, he's indicated that generally, the black headed bushmaster is quite docile. Yes, they have a strong feeding response, but there temperament is overall very good. Not implying that you want to immediately start to free-handle the snake and acknowledging every snake has there own personality, but by no means you're dealing with like a fer-da-lance. Obviously, you as the handler, needs to feel 100% comfortable and always be 100% safe.
Thanks I appreciate it. That's not entirely true I like dingo hes a pretty inelegant guy. But as far as blackheads they don't give you a second chance the south american and central american bushmasters are quite calm but blackheads are a differnt animal. I'm sure if you have one you can work with quite a bit it would calm down to a degree. But I have a facility focused just on blackheads and a few other small snake species. Now you are right in saying they are calmer than lanceheads but that's like comparing Dahmer to Manson.

The owner of the snake seen on Chandlers video in Costa Rica is very old. I could be wrong but if i remember correctly i think he said somewhere around 18yrs old. The owner takes him out of his enclosure daily and interacts with him all the time. If you go to DMexotics channel, he also went to Costa Rica and saw the bushmaster.
