Hi David, thanks again for the fun video. We enjoyed hiking Mt Carmel after staying at George's guest house. We took the bus up and it was gorgeous, lush and green. We had the whole area to ourselves. Love your videos!
Shalom from Canada, David! How beautiful is this land!!!! Amazing views! Wish I were there!!! God willing, one day soon! Thank you for the tour! Maybe we’ll meet there one day soon. All the best!
Hi Mirela from Canada, thanks for watching and for your support. You will eventually visit Israel, contact me if you need any advice dhyman123@gmail.com
That greenery looks very beautiful with all those precious oak trees, abundant grass and awesome flowers 🌺…. Thank you for such lovely sights! Are these Mount Carmel Hills the same as the Mt. Carmel Nature Reserve Loop (שמורת הר הכרמל מעגלי) trail? Because in the Mount Carmel Reserve Loop Trail it says that it leads one up to a mountain where one can see an amazing view of the sea…. I will put the link below of this reserve, and if these hills are not the Mt. Carmel Reserve Loop trail, then can you please show us this Mt Carmel Nature Reserve Loop Trail some other time? Thank you 😊
Thanks for watching and for your comments. The loop trial is on the Western side of the Carmel hills and therefore overlooking the sea. I will add this excellent idea to my list. Hope all is well, happy holidays and merry Christmas
Humanity would probably have been much better off if the Canaanites (Phoenicians) won out there. They seemed like a much more civilized people: port cities, ship building, Mediterranean trade, the alphabet, purple dyes, the architecture of Tyre and Byblos, and early female leaders like Jezebel and Dido. And we're supposed to celebrate Elijah for slaughtering worshippers of Ba'al (literally: "the Lord") after his no-doubt cheap parlor trick on the mount?
This is a very interesting view point of the region and the events. I am always glad to here different views and angles. thanks for sharing and take care.

I love that you pointed out the treasure hunting that happens there. it's a shame it happens because history should be for everyone
You are absolutely correct, It is considered a crime to dig in ancient ruins in Israel without a permit. Thanks for watching and for your comments.
