    My favorite entertainer since I was 7 or 8 years old. I'll be 60 on June 15th 2023. I was very lucky to have found out about the great Dean Martin because my life would have been so much worse without him. God Bless you Dean Martin. I love ya Dean. RIP 🤗

    Dean Martin was a legend in his lifetime....and will surely be a legend to anyone who listens to his singing, looks at his acting or just laughs at his natural humour and wit. What a guy!

    What an amazing talent. I'm 50 now, but adored him as a teenager, and he still makes me smile. My life has been so much better because Dean was in it. Thanks to his family and friends for posting these videos. I hope he's in heaven, and having the best time ever with all his friends, and I hope to meet him someday. No one was more talented in every way than Dean, and no one could ever take his place.

    He was the greatest entertainer. It wasn't just his voice, he knew just how to move. I could eat him up. Dino was and always will be the best ever.

    This was the end run for the great Dean Martin. He could still conjure great and charming entertainment from any material, and completely outperform Sinatra in comedy banter. He had a face lift soon after this, was feted in London by royalty and performed with his old magnetism in Europe. Then it was as if age caught up with him very suddenly. The loss of his son in the air accident was a loss from which he never recovered. Drink then really did become a fixture in his life, and the final years were sad ones. He refused treatment for the cancer that finally claimed him. This man had a mix of brilliant skills in light entertainment, and you could love him for his brilliant comic skills (the greatest straight man and reaction comedian in American showbiz) or that vocalizing that charmed millions. There'll never be another.

      I don’t remember any face lifting, when he did it?

    • @donaldperez7981
      @donaldperez7981 3 роки тому +5

      @@albertospinas9564thus far, everything you commented on, is spot on. However, it was revealed that he never had a facelift.(though we know that exact look that you're referencing to; for we had thought the same exact thing at the time) later on towards the end of his life, when he was seen in public at the restaurant, a much older Dean all frail, and all, you will notice that he's face is a little bloated, somewhat rubbery; and if he really did have a facelift, the facelift would have held up for at least 10 years from that look that we're referencing to; even if it was performed by the worst plastic surgeon on earth. It's not like if the stitches come off and his face will drop all that much towards the end. It doesn't work that way. I'm sure you know that years ago he had a nose job before becoming famous, and that was no big deal; meaning, he could care less if people knew; actually he talked about and if he had a facelift, it probably would have been the same exact thing he probably wouldn't care if people knew; that's how he was. now if it would have been a woman having a facelift, she probably would not have revealed it.But Thank you, for your positive post earlier. We're not ganging up on you; believe it or not, we're on your side. Anyway, have yourself a nice day.❤️

      This tape was made 1/19 85 ar the Reagan inauguration celebration meaning he died 10 years later. He was a great singer and entertainer.

    • @susantunbridge4612
      @susantunbridge4612 Рік тому

      Dean Martin did not have a face lift. The only plastic surgery he ever had was for his nose, as he had been a bare-knuckle boxer to make money for some time. He also had surgery to repair a split lip. The nose had been broken. Anyone who watches Dean Martin's shows knows that he did not have facial surgery, he had a rugged and handsome face, but not one that was face-lifted.
      He was not an alcoholic, and there's no proof that drink "became a fixture" in his life. He worked hard - that was the fixture.
      Where on earth anyone got the idea that his face was 'bloated and rubbery' is beyond me. He looked thin, frail and aged, that's it.

    • @susantunbridge4612
      @susantunbridge4612 Рік тому

      People like you just have to make things up in order to sound like an "expert". You haven't a clue what you're talking about. He was never an alcoholic, he had 7 other children plus grandchildren to take care of, highly unlikely to become a drunk. And he had show business going on. There was no face lift. Find something else to do.

    It is indicated that this Sinatra/Martin concert was given in 1980, which looks about right, in that Martin is healthier and happier looking and sounds better here than in later concert appearances.

    It is interesting that in the Soviet Union Dean Martin's songs were much more popular than Sinatra's songs, but everyone thought that these songs (Sway, Everubody love somebody) were sung by Frank)) It's good that there is no more Iron Curtain and we can look and see who and what sings)

    I hate the way Ipad, Apple, or UA-cam has changed the organization of their site. Now, you have to add your password, have to look for where to write in, and it's a heck of a lot harder to find songs I liked most. Technology is good, until some idiot comes around and changes what was already working very well.

      +Don Diego Vega Fibroids are abnormal growths that develop in or on a woman's uterus. Sometimes, these tumors become quite large and cause severe abdominal pain and heavy periods. In other cases, they cause no signs or symptoms at all. The growths are typically benign (noncancerous)

    • @corinavalher7904
      @corinavalher7904 6 років тому +4

      Yes, soon after this, he began to go down hill fast. To see him perform in his early "Dean Martin Show" and to see him aging through it, to testify how fast life declines it is very sad and reminds us that we are in the same road. His attractive, lively personality you would have liked that never desappeared, but it did. The quality, easy, charming, joyful voice is not longer there. It is as though you were in the presence of another person that reminds you a little of our loved Dean.
