I’m having the exact same problem!! I’ve tried 6 different leads & 3 different plugs ive even tried different plug sockets and STILL nothing even with the lead it came from it still doesn’t work, saw your comment was 2 months ago; have you had any luck since that i can try? Fingers crossed we can fix this but seeing as we’re both trying via different UA-cam troubleshooting videos our ideas are *nil points* 🤣🤦‍♀️

@@emmiexroseI have the same power bank and it only charger with a certain 67w charger. Tried 20w and 30w chargers but they don’t work

Having the same problem. I used the cable it came with and just looked for an adapter that can fit. Not even sure what adapter is that. And it charged.

Any lights show when you press the power button? Also only charges on certain wattage adapters.
