- The process of buying Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets on the same day as the show. Discussing purchasing through Ticketmaster and Stub Hub and the varying pricing available with last minute Taylor Swift tickets.
If you want to see Taylor Swift and you don't have tickets to a show yet, do not panic. It is absolutely possible to purchase tickets on the day of the show or in the days before. Keep you eyes on Stub Hub in the days leading up to the show (and especially right as the show starts) and keep refreshing Ticketmaster as they most definitely have been releasing tickets in the hours before she takes the stage.

How do purchasing tickets on stubhub work? Does the ticket have to be under your name?
You search for the event on stub hub and are shown all the tickets people are trying to resell. Then, you select one and purchase it. Taylor Swift tickets were sold via Ticketmaster so once I purchased the ticket through Stub Hub the original ticket buyer transferred her ticket over into my name. My ticket was then in my Ticketmaster account. Stub hub have some policies and guarantees around ensuring you get a ticket for the event, even if it turns out that the one you bought was dodgy or not a true resale. For me it was a super simple and easy transaction/process.

No I didn't. I'm from Australia so I hadn't signed up to anything before the US tour. The tickets available online the day of the show were available to anyone who tried to buy them.

Its my understanding that StubHub guarantee their tickets. So if you get to the stadium and the tickets are fake or don't work for some reason you contact stub hub and they give you alternative tickets or your money back. Not sure about the box office I haven't tried that method myself. Good luck, hope you get the tix! 😊
