As a person who who has always enjoyed working with their hands I can appreciate the satisfaction that comes from crafting something from nothing, though my skills are crude in comparison. So I knew when I selected this video that I'd enjoy it, and there's always been a small part of me curious at how cobblers performed their trade. I wasn't prepared for how mesmerized I would become watching it. Amazing artistry!
These must've been made for a specific person, because I can't imagine all this hard work and awesome craftsmanship would be wasted on an off-the-shelf pair of shoes. Not to mention that I wouldn't pay as much as these must cost unless they were made to order. I'll never own a pair of shoes like these but if I could it would be even more rewarding to be able to watch the care and craftsmanship that went into them. Though I doubt the person that drops this kind of money cares about such tedious details...
I'm a huge Berluti fan, having bought many pairs over the years, this craftsmanship is outstanding and on par with some of the finest quality bespokes out there. Thank you for the video!
well rtw berluti is one of the worst "good" shoes i have seen for the price. i rather have paolo scafora or a edward green or a john lobb for that price.
@@iaido01 Knowing the price of everything and the worth of nothing. Good job.
@@heulkrampfer are you ignorant or just acting that way. it gas nothing to do with price. berluti isn't what it used to be. now it is just a fashion brand. paolo scafora is handwelted, hand sewn, uses the highest quality full grain leather has a tapered waste amazing arche support etc etc. vs berluti that asks 1000 euro more for no fucking reason at all
@@iaido01 I am a kind of ignorant, from your perspective. As a craftsman i see the dedication the young man putting into his work and a customer complaining about the price. In my trade lots of people refuse to pay bills, sueing to avoid it. Sad little men with big plans and small minds.
@@heulkrampfer no i am not like that. if something is worth 10k i would buy even if it is a suit, but if a suit is 10k, but worth 2k, i am far away. quality always cost money. i have also a bussiness and i explain to them like this. i call i the love triangle. cheap and fast is never good. fast and good is never cheap. fast. cheap and good is never fast
No words to express the art done by the shoemaker ❤️
The high handcrafting makes me calm every time I watch it. Thank for sharing, that is extraordinary skill.
The care and attention transcends craftsmanship and becomes art… truly a beautiful thing to watch. Thank you.
As much as the ingredients, the craftsman's touch is a masterpiece!
Pure artistry. This man's skill-set is extraordinary. The detail, attention and love he put into those shoes is so impressive. I tip my hat to you sir. Rare soul.

I am a professional musician, violinist. Although both professions are so different, they both require dedication, skills, attention to details and other qualities. This is really where hand crafting shoes is becoming an art; a pleasure to watch. Thank you for posting another great video
So calming to watch, so reassuring that in this messed up world someone still cares deeply about quality and has cultivated the skills to achieve it. I come here and the channel of “my mechanic” when I am frazzled find them therapeutic.

Just amazing - and entertaining. Perfection does not need many words, in fact, no words at all.
I have such an appreciation for craftsman like this gentleman. You can see his dedication to his craft in every move he makes, it's a pleasure to behold.
Wow!! That is extreme perfection. I have a good number of bespoke shoes from some of the best and most renowned shoemakers in the UK, but I have never seen perfection like this. This is obviously Japanese perfection. Bravo 👏🏻

Whilst these look amazing, it is well known that some of the worlds best shoemakers are England originated. Maybe you have looked for in the wrong places? :)
You get what you pay for and you pay for what you get!

I don't know how I got here, but I'm glad I did!!!🙌🏾 This is truly an ART! And was exciting to watch! Now, I know why my hand-made shoes cost so much!!! Excellent craftsmanship! 👍🏾

Wow... Just amazing. Even the strings are handrolled and waxed. What an incredible piece of art!
This guy and his work both are really amazing and full of skill , respect and love for this man for his hard work.
Love how he emphasizes on none of the leather being wasted, or rather precise adjacent cuts
If I had the disposable income I’d love a hand made pair of shoes from this man! Alas it’s Walmart discount rack shoes for me! Still a very relaxing video to watch & still be in awe of his skills/the content!
Please continue making more shoes & videos!
MASTERPIECE 💛. If somebody would ask why something handcrafted is expensive let them watch this video.. ⭐️

Beautifully done...the craftsmanship is timeless. I wish I had that talent. 👏🏾🧡
It was so relaxing to watch a true craftsman at work. Thanks 😊 the shoes are a work of art, truly.
You have really trained hands and eyes. You not only do a lot of work, but also do everything with jewelry precision. I dreamed of trying to make shoes by myself, but I see how difficult it is and requires a lot of knowledge and skills, as well as a strong hand. Better instead of empty attempts, I will enjoy this video
