I think the last two are very important. Especially Ignoring the unsolicited calls/mails.
REMEMBER - Its costing them MONEY to call you, reach you, buy your information. And they will want every penny to be fruitful before 'the lead' becomes dud.

Wasn’t there a guy that put himself on do not call and then proceeded to take companies that called him to court? I heard he got a bunch for small claims settlements? 😂😂 but seriously, the phone should be able to filter these calls, I typically have mine set to not ring if the number is not on my contact list.
