Pastor Jim is focused on feeding the flock where the Lord has placed him - not regarding the clouds, but rather getting out in the fields and working in practical and productive ways. It's refreshing to hear more 'here and now' and less eschatology.

It is a difference between dead religion or life in Christ. Religion moves into self righteousness when self is on the throne. If we have religion we reject correction and cannot heed any warning, but we instead get very angry if anyone says we are wrong. We should take ourselves before the Lord and ask Him to show us ourselves as He knows us to be. One indicator of our being full of ourselves is when anyone tries to tell us something and we say,” I know all about it!” Scriptures warn “ Do you see a person who is right in their own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for them.” Let us take warning!

Ask the Holy Spirit. He will give you direction and understanding. It’s what God is doing with the church and others who follow Christ. That’s it! It’s Christ, simply put.
I use my ears & open my heart When I go and not my eyes. Try it. It will make a world of a difference
Where do I start? It’s Love for every race, prayer meetings that are filled, there’s great worship music and singers who sound professional, oh and how about the anointing preaching teaching truthful messages with application that speak to people personally, then there’s the ministries for any and every age starting with the BT Kids. I can go on and on, but Gloria Ruiz it’s really what the person’s comment said about ask the Holy Spirit bcuz it has to be spiritually discerned, it’s not something seen with the eyes necessarily, but anyway I pray this might help you to see Christ’s presence in the body of his believers.
