    When you whip air into the egg whites, you don’t tap the tray to get air bubbles out, hence the flat cupcake. Also, the whipped cream is not whipped enough, or was over whipped and fell. It should be at least as fluffy as the egg whites.

      Hi, mix the flour in heated oil will stop gluten forming thus yields softer cake

      Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try beat the egg white on high-speed until become bubble form,begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until firm peaks form,they become foamy and frothy it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites

    Can it be baked like the other cupcakes for 15-20 min at 170°f? Y low temperature fa 1 hr? Any specific reasons??

    1. 很好吃,咖啡味道浓郁
    2. 但是我不晓得还会不会做第二次(也许用厨师机会吧,这样就不用手动打蛋白了)。因为冷却后塌了,不好看。这可能是因为我没有完全照视频做:我没加热油;我的温度是170度,20分钟(我晚上做的,实在没心情烤个松饼烤50分钟,所以调高了温度)
    3.我做了双倍量,得出大约18个松饼。
    4. 看下配料会发现面很少,所以这款松饼很轻;通过蛋白的打发,所以又很软。我一次性吃了6个,不多哈,因为轻嘛。还因为味道很好嘛。

      Hi, no, the oil is warm, heated to about 60°C, It takes about 60 seconds

      Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make,
      for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

    This video should be half the length, is it really necessary to make us watch you measure each spoon of coffee, separate 3 eggs, fill 6 cases etc. just makes what would be an okay video very boring.

      TheMaverick680 yes it’s NECESSARY. this video style is more to ASMR. A lot of people doing it like this too. I personally love this kind of style. Nothing is wrong and it’s not boring at all.

      ​@@iiicedcoffee I guess you are too stupid to realise that I haven´t watched all their videos and that thousands or even millions of people happen upon UA-camrs they have never seen before on a daily basis. If this is their style then people who like this style will obviously enjoy the video, for others who just want to get a recipe idea, not to listen or watch them do simple things like measure coffee or crack eggs, this is just a waste of time. I would dare say that most people who happen upon this video are not looking for ASMR and given there is no mention of ASMR in the title, it´s not obvious.
      Oh and get over yourself, who cares if I type a couple of letters the wrong way round, you need to get a life instead of listening to someone make a cake, make one yourself and experience the real thing and perhaps share it with some people, but you sound too pretentious to have anyone to share a cake with.
