While on my trip to sunny Scotland i visited Maryhill and Partick police stations.
Be careful if your visiting Scotland as looking or filming through windows could be be an offence under the terrorism act........well according to officers in police Scotland.

there is no common law that requires you to give details , none , and never has been . and if they use the terrorism act , none of that section of law gives them the right to your details !!!

Having previously lived in England, had no problem with the Police down south. Returned to Scotland to experience the police and it's been terrible, they threaten and abuse anyone that they can. Utterly bemused by the difference.

How the hell is filming aggressive? In no way shape or form! These officers need to remember who they are REALLY accountable to! I would love to see how this officer would explain all this to a court ‘he was filming, so we arrested him for being a terrorist’ 😂 that would get laughed all the way out the door!

They need to get rid of the windows if they are so worried about terrorists with cameras (or eyes for that matter). Perhaps put these state clowns in a padded cell with no daylight as they are very suspicious, probably have much to hide and cover up.

That male officer is the biggest problem the police have, he is a liar and needs to be sacked. Clearly abusing powers thinking he has authority over law abiding citizens immediately without cause. The people are the authority until our actions deem otherwise. I feel for all the citizens that don't know our rights, they would have just believed his bullstuff and complied. May I suggest about not giving details, we do have the right to privacy but I believe you have to verbalize you are exercising a particular right, literally have to say "I'm exercising my right to privacy" Any litigation resulting from an abuse of that right will be much easier after the fact. Good work, keep exposing the rotten ones and educating the stupid ones.

I live near the Orkney St police station which is now a business centre. It was replaced by the massive Helen St complex which you visited the other day. Glaswegian coppers are all about their ‘authoritay’ (not a typo) rather than the law. I usually go to Maryhill to visit the canal locks. Very peaceful, lots of nature and a lovely walk. Thanks for the video.
The police staff lady was wonderful, absolutely lovely lady.
